INVESTITURE CEREMONY (2024-25) held in Blue Bird High School, Panchkula

Blue Bird High School, Panchkula proudly hosted its Investiture Ceremony on 25th January, 2024 for the Session 2024-25 at the school premises, a momentous event where young leaders were vested with responsibilities to guide and serve their fellow students. The ceremony started with Welcome Speech and Prayer. The elected leaders were conferred with their respective badges and sashes by Director Sir, followed by oath taking ceremony where they pledged to carry out duties assigned to them with sincerity, and efficiency. The school atmosphere was buzzed with enthusiasm and pride. Jasjeet Singh and Smriti Shitta led the student council as the newly elected head boy and head girl respectively. Aditya Gupta and Ambika Gupta were appointed as Captain Boy and Captain Girl. Paras Kang and Kritika Rana were as appointed as Vice-Captain Boy and Vice-Captain Girl.
Principal, Ms.Vandna Bhatnagar, congratulated all the newly elected members and emphasized on the significance of leadership in shaping the character of the future generation. With the flag held high, the ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
Lohri Celebration

Festival of Lohri was celebrated at Blue Bird High School with exuberance and enthusiasm, hosting a vibrant celebration that brought students and staff together in joyous harmony. The festivities commenced with a traditional bonfire lighting , the hallmark of the festival, and by distribution of rewari, peanuts, popcorn etc. to all. The entire atmosphere of the school was absorbed in the festive spirit and echoed the melodious vocals of “Sunder Munderiye Ho” and the vivacious singing by the teachers and students absorbed and assimilated the feelings of the festival. The students and teachers sang songs immersed in rich cultural folklore of Punjab. Principal Vandna Bhatnagar greeted and encouraged the students to value their cultural heritage.
Bicycle Day

Cycle Day was celebrated in the school in true spirits, Students were made aware that if we use cycles to commute from one place to another we will save gallons of fuel and we will be fit physically. Cycling is a best physical activity which keeps our heart and lungs healthy and muscles strong and supple. Students took a round of the school and spread the message to use cycles for commuting from one place to another as long as possible.
